NPL will be closed Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Due to parking lot maintenance, there will be NO access to the public parking lot or electric car charging stations from 9pm on Thursday, May 23 until 7am on Monday, May 27.
**Vehicles left on-site will be towed from the property**
The drive-up window and both return slots cannot be accessed and items cannot be returned from 9pm on Thursday, May 23 until 10am on Tuesday, May 28. NPL is fine free and no items will be due during the closure.
We will reopen on Tuesday, May 27 at 10am.
