MSUFCU Financial Reality Check

Have you ever thought about how much adulting costs? MSUFCU's Financial Reality Check is a great way for young adults to gain experience in a real-life budgeting simulation. Students will have the chance to choose a career and with that career they will be given a credit score and an income. They will start making financial decisions about things most individuals pay monthly like housing, transportation, food, leisure activities and more! The goal is for them to create a simulated monthly budget while being realistic in their spending and gaining an understanding about why a budget can be beneficial in achieving their financial goals as adults. Students in grades 7-12 welcome.
