This workshop will help you understand the many factors that affect eating. You will learn ways to promote positive food behaviors with your child. Strategies will be shared to help reduce challenging eating behaviors and make mealtimes more enjoyable. Have your questions ready!

This is a FREE workshop for parents and caregivers of children ages 0-3.
