Adventure awaits in Story Explorers Book Club! Designed for readers in grades 1–3, this monthly fiction book club invites kids to dive into imaginative stories, connect through discussion, and enjoy a hands-on activity or craft inspired by the book.
Each month, we’ll all read the same book in advance. Books can be borrowed from the Novi Public Library, requested from another library through interlibrary loan, or purchased online or in-store, whatever works best for your family. While participants should read the book before the session (if possible), we’ll revisit key moments together during the program.
Story Explorers is a great fit for emerging and confident readers alike. Whether your child is growing their reading confidence or already loves to get lost in a good story, they’ll find a welcoming space to explore books and make new friends.

Accessibility Note: This program takes place in the Board Room on the second floor of the library. The room is accessible via both stairs and the elevator. If you take the elevator, it is approximately 100 feet from the front entrance to the Board Room. A restroom is located just outside the room. Participants are welcome to enter and exit at any time based on their needs and comfort.
