Event Details
How can you help your child learn to fall asleep and stay asleep? What is considered to be "good sleep" at different ages and developmental stages? What might be happening to interrupt your child's sleep? Join us as we explore sleep expectations for infants and toddlers and how you can help your child (and you!) sleep well. Bring questions.
This is a FREE workshop for parents and caregivers of children ages 0-3.
Open to all; no library card needed.
