Explore the flavors of winter root vegetables and their use. Sample raw and lightly pickled tastings of carrots, radishes, turnips, kohlrabi, and microgreens (paired with dips or spreads). Learn how to tell a “good” root from a woody one
Introduction of heritage varieties like watermelon radish or purple daikon. Guests will participate in making a mini pickle jar to take home
