Library Closed Fri, August 15 for a Staff In-Service Day
NPL will reopen on Saturday, August 16 at 10am. As a reminder, NPL is fine free and no items will be due during the closure. We encourage you to enjoy your materials for an extra day and return them when we reopen.
Need a break from reading for school? Come to the No Required Reading Book Club, our book club for teens! Each month we will pick a new book to read, and then come together the next month to discuss our thoughts and feelings about the book.
Join our NO-VI Chess Club to participate, learn and sharpen your chess skill. No previous knowledge of chess is necessary. This program will include lectures, practice games, game analysis, and other components of chess training. Limited number of chess boards, timers, and rule books are provided (sponsored by a generous library donor). Please bring your own board.
Registration is required for each session. Ages 5 and up welcome (caregivers are expected to accompany their child to the program if under the age of 12).
