Designed to encourage a love of reading, this story time offers 4-5 year-olds their own time for stories, songs, conversation and kid fun.

Attending With or Without an Adult

Parents, guardians or caregivers of children under the age of seven (7) years must be responsible for maintaining visual contact with and must be in the presence of their child at all times. Parents, guardians or caregivers of children between seven (7) and eleven (11) years old must remain at the Library but not necessarily in visual contact with their child. Attendance at Library programs, events or Library spaces constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed for use in print and/or electronic publicity of the Library. Library Board meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month, at the Novi Civic Center at 7:00pm, to review library financials, make policy decisions, and provide broad operational oversight of the Library. The public is welcome.
