Teen Space is held from 2:45-5pm, Monday-Friday, downstairs in the Whole Meeting Room, near the Café, during the school year. Students can hang out, play games, including Xbox and Switch, ping pong, board games and more. Come check it out and have fun! Proof of student status is required for admittance. Join our NO-VI Chess Club to participate, learn and sharpen your chess skill. No previous knowledge of chess is necessary. This program will include lectures, practice games, game analysis, and other components of chess training. Limited number of chess boards, timers, and rule books are provided (sponsored by a generous library donor). Please bring your own board.

Registration is required for each session. Ages 5 and up welcome (caregivers are expected to accompany their child to the program if under the age of 12).

Get involved with the Library by joining our Teen Advisory Board (TAB). All high school students are welcome (you do not need to be a Novi resident to participate). Share ideas for teen programs, discuss teen books, organize community service projects, and more. Meeting attendance will count as volunteer hours if you are registered in the library's Teen Volunteer Program (you do not need to be a registered volunteer to attend TAB). If you are passionate about teen services, the library would love to have you join TAB!
